The Alberta Mustang Owners Association has been in existence since 1979. During this time we have grown to become one of the largest Mustang/Ford clubs in the province of Alberta. This is due to the strength and character of our membership and executives. Our association consists of Mustangs from 1964 1/2 through to present, Shelby’s, Cougars, Thunderbirds, Galaxies, Fairlanes, Model A & T, Torino’s and Cyclone’s, just to mention a few. You do not even have to own a vehicle to belong in our club. Show quality is not a necessity either.

IMM42 Publicity Release Information

We are going to have our next meeting on November 16 (Annual General Meeting), so we can hold our elections,

get any bills paid, organize any events and to discuss any other items. Then we will possibly be cancelling the December, January and maybe the February meetings and then having a meeting in March. We would cancel these meetings from month to month. We discussed this at the October meeting and will discuss it again at the November meeting to confirm any decision.

It’s almost that time of year again for our annual executive elections which will be held next month on November 16, 2020 at our Annual General Meeting.  All club members who are part of the executive board are responsible to be aware of and are subject to the Club Bylaws. The bylaws are located on our website in the “Members Only” section or contact myself and I can send a copy to you. The executive board shall be comprised of the following elected positions - President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Director.

If you would like to put your name forward for a position on the Executive or the Club Volunteer positions (see newsletter for a list of positions), please contact someone on the current executive to let them know your interest.

I will send out a meeting notice about 10 days prior to the meeting date and will be limiting attendance to 15 people unless AHS changes the rules regarding gatherings due to Covid-19.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

AMOA President
